M. Bird grew up on a dairy farm in rural Arkansas and went on to spend twenty years in higher education studying psychology, English literature, data analytics, behavioral economics, public health, and systems engineering. He now spends his days analyzing how AI disrupts established systems, and examines the new systems that attempt to form in its wake. He likes to say he doesn’t have an agenda, he has a perspective. But at the end of the day, he’s just an overeducated farm boy asking too many questions while trying to make sense of what’s going on. ## Featured Books - [The Partition](https://tmbird.com/books/the-partition.html): Dystopian science fantasy novel.
